MI Delinker

MI Delinker is a proprietory product containing derivatives of highly active chemicals which can react with either peroxide or sulphur crosslinks at ambient temperature with/ without assistance of pressure . Using simple standard mixing mills (such as mixing mills, kneaders or internal mixers) to provide the necessary shear action.

Delinking process is a mechanical cum chemical reactive method. It is a viscous softening agent. Initially it wets the crumb surface leading to better flow properties and simultaneous shearing of the two rolls at 70°C provides the ideal condition for delinking of the chemical bonds. Initially in the cold state the grinding of crumb will occur. Then the delinking process begins, the maximum effect can be achieved by carrying out the reaction at 70° C(cooling should be provided to avoid overheating).
