Polyolefinic Compounds

Owning to its versitality, Polyolefin compounds are extensively used in cables appliances, consumer electronics and packaging. R-70 has shown to provide siginificant improvements in all of these applications.

R-70 offers improved processing, flow, surface and mechanical properties in cable compounds based on polyethylene(PE) or ethylene copolymers. These cables are being widely used for data transmission, telecommunication and low-voltage cables application. The following diagrams show the advantages offered by R-70 in various compounds.

Footwear and TPE

R-70 by virtue of its complex coupling behaviour combines with the base polymer and additives to generate a balanced cross linking chain. This gives a significant boost to properties like plasticity of the compound abrasion resistance, compression set therefore improving he mechanical propertis of various polymers. R-70 is a verstile product and provides improvement of abrasion and compression set in compounds based on Natural Rubber, EVA, TPE, TPR and TPU.
